Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new email box account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming email messages according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the email box you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
