    The code, the hosting, app store and domain accounts, and the documentation are in your name from day one, and the IP is yours. You can change teams at any time.

  3. Critical paths are tested from the first release

    Payments, logins and data handling get automated tests in the first release, so a new feature does not break what already works. The documentation is updated with every change.

  4. Support continues after launch

    Updates, fixes and new features continue after launch for as long as you want them, because that is when real users arrive.
