The gap
Small Bulgarian businesses need invoices with every required detail, correct VAT by rate and the amount in words in euro, plus a few standard contracts, but invoicing software is a subscription and free templates often get the words, the rounding or the numbering wrong.
What it is
Kantora gives you a tested workbook for invoices and notes and four ready contract templates, all in Bulgarian, that work in Excel or LibreOffice without software, accounts or macros.
How you use it
Issue a correct-looking invoice in minutes: pick the client, type the lines, and the workbook does the VAT, the totals, the amount in words and the numbering checks.
For freelancers and small companies in Bulgaria who issue a handful of invoices a month, Kantora is a one-time set of document templates with calculations that were checked against an independent model.

Invoice, proforma invoice, credit note and debit note share the same layout: supplier from your settings, recipient from the client register, 15 lines, totals per VAT rate, amount in words, payment details and signatures, fitted to one A4 page. Notes also carry the number and date of the invoice they refer to and the reason.
Line value is quantity times price minus discount, rounded to the cent; VAT is computed per rate on the base of that rate; the due date comes from the client's payment term. The amount in words uses the right gender for euro, thousands and millions and places „и“ by the usual rules, for example „хиляда и сто“ and „хиляда двеста тридесет и четири“.
Next to the print area the workbook tells you the next free number and warns about a number already in the register, a gap in the sequence, a missing issue date or client, a line without a VAT rate and 0% or untaxed lines without a legal basis. When everything is in order it says so, and a ready row can be pasted into the register.
The service agreement, the contract for work, the NDA and the handover record are written in plain Bulgarian with numbered articles and every placeholder highlighted. Each starts with a notice that it is a template, not legal advice, and should be checked by a lawyer.
