The gap
Support requests in public Discord channels get lost, mix private details with chatter and leave no record, while hosted ticket bots put your members' conversations and limits on someone else's servers.

The gap
Support requests in public Discord channels get lost, mix private details with chatter and leave no record, while hosted ticket bots put your members' conversations and limits on someone else's servers.
What it is
Hailbell opens a private channel per request with the right people and permissions, collects the key facts first, and closes each ticket with a transcript your team keeps.
How you use it
Every request answered in private and on record, without a subscription or a third party in the conversation.
For communities, game servers and small companies that support people on Discord, Hailbell is a ticket bot they run themselves, with forms, transcripts and Bulgarian built in.
Use it when
Built for
A panel in your help channel shows a button per topic. A member answers the topic's short form and a private channel opens with them, the team for that topic and the bot, the answers pinned in the first message and both sides mentioned.
Claim shows everyone who has the ticket; Close asks for confirmation; /ticket add, remove and rename handle the rest. Members can close their own ticket, everyone else needs a staff role or administrator rights.
The log channel gets an entry when a ticket opens, is claimed and closes, with the reason. The closing entry carries an HTML transcript that opens in any browser, and the member gets it in their DMs, so nothing depends on keeping old channels.
One JSON file holds topics, questions, roles and channels; hailbell check names any mistake before you start. Slash commands register themselves on your server, the token stays in an environment variable, and the systemd unit keeps the bot running.
