What is inside
Five lists
Broken links, missing headings and blocks, ambiguous names, orphan notes and unused attachments, each with the note, the line and the link as written. Links in code and web links are ignored; excluded folders such as templates are neither checked nor reported.
Fixes that respect your writing
A suggested target replaces only the link: [[Plan#Budgte|the budget]] becomes [[Plan#Budget|the budget]], embeds keep their size, Markdown links keep their text and encoding. If the note changed after the scan, Linkscour scans again instead of guessing.
Safe clean-up
Unused attachments go to the trash you set in Obsidian, one at a time or all at once, always after a confirmation, so they can be restored. Canvas cards and properties count as use, so files placed on a canvas are not reported.
A report you can keep
Write report note saves the scan as a Markdown note with tables and links back to every note, to search, pin or share. Settings choose excluded folders, orphan tags, which checks run and where the note goes.

An Obsidian plugin that finds broken links, missing headings and blocks, ambiguous names, orphan notes and unused attachments in a vault and fixes them in place.
Obsidian 1.7.2 or newer with community plugins turned on. You copy the plugin folder into your vault's .obsidian/plugins folder and enable it; no account or internet connection is needed.
It is not in Obsidian's community plugin directory, so updates are installed by replacing the folder. Links Obsidian does not index, such as Dataview output, are not checked, and ambiguous names are reported, not changed.
PN Scripts wrote the plugin in TypeScript against the official Obsidian API typings. Created with AI assistance; the scanner, fixes and interface were checked by PN Scripts with 29 automated tests against an in-memory Obsidian API and the official 1.14.4 typings; it has not yet been run inside the Obsidian app.
