The gap
A Bulgarian studio or shop that sells to foreign clients needs Bulgarian accounting documents that the client can also read, the right wording for reverse charge, and euro figures when it bills in dollars or pounds, and typing the same deal into four separate templates invites mistakes.
What it is
One deal sheet feeds four bilingual documents, with VAT codes that carry their legal basis, euro equivalents at the ECB rate, the amount in words in both languages and checks that catch missing data and numbering mistakes before printing.

Type a deal once and get an offer, proforma, invoice and delivery note in the language your client reads, with the Bulgarian details your accountant expects.

Enter the client, currency, language, numbers, dates and up to 15 lines on the deal sheet. The offer, proforma, invoice and delivery note fill themselves and print on one A4 page each. Item prices come from your item list or are typed per line.
Offers and delivery notes can be in Bulgarian, English or both. Proformas and invoices are Bulgarian or bilingual, with labels such as „Фактура / Invoice“, both names and addresses, and the amount in words in both languages.
Eight VAT codes carry the wording and the legal basis printed on the invoice, from 20% to reverse charge for services to EU businesses. For USD, GBP or CHF the invoice also shows the tax base, VAT and total in euro with the ECB rate and date you enter.
Twenty-one checks list what is missing or inconsistent before you print. A log keeps issued documents and gives the next free 10-digit invoice number. A bilingual service agreement with numbered articles, highlighted fields and a not-legal-advice notice completes the set.
