Random solitaire deals are often unwinnable, which makes stars and daily challenges feel like luck; checking deals and building a polished card table by hand takes weeks.

What it is

A finished, tested solitaire whose every deal is proven clearable by an exact solver, with its look and deals in one config file.

How you use it

Unzip, run npm ci and npm run dev, then edit src/game.config.ts; npm test checks the game again in seconds.

One config file

Title, logo, colours, card faces and suits, ridge layouts, deal names, the difficulty window, scoring, stars, hints and sound.

Deals with a proof

A layered solver with a node cap plays every campaign deal and 60 daily deals through, reports whether the search was complete and replays each solution through the rules.

A finished game

20 deals and a daily deal, streaks and beacons, stars for the stock you keep, unlimited undo, three hints per deal, auto-finish, saves and layouts for desktop and phones.

Tests and a guide

25 unit tests and Playwright browser runs, a size budget, an upload zip for itch.io or any static host, and a guide with card art, new layouts and rule variants.

Make and sell any number of your own games from it, and build games for clients. You may not resell or share the source code itself (PN Scripts Template Licence 1.0).

Node.js 22.12 or newer and some TypeScript. Google Chrome runs the browser tests.

No ad or portal SDK, and English only. It is tested in desktop Chrome and Chrome's Pixel 7 emulation, not yet on iOS Safari, Firefox or a real phone.

The code was written with AI assistance and checked by PN Scripts with automated tests. All visuals and sounds are generated by code; there are no AI-generated image or audio files.
