The gap
Roguelites live on balance: one stronger enemy or a weaker relic can make runs unwinnable or trivial, and checking that by playing hundreds of runs is slow.
Game templates
The complete TypeScript and three.js source of Lampdeep, a short turn-based roguelite: carry a lamp down nine floors, read every enemy's next move, combine relics. A bot proves runs are fair.

The gap
Roguelites live on balance: one stronger enemy or a weaker relic can make runs unwinnable or trivial, and checking that by playing hundreds of runs is slow.
What it is
A finished, tested roguelite whose fairness a bot checks over 200 seeded runs in seconds, with enemies, relics and kits in one config file.
How you use it
Unzip, run npm ci and npm run dev, then edit src/game.config.ts; npm test checks the game again in seconds.
Source code of a real, playable game to reskin and learn from, with its proofs built into the tests.
Use it when
Built for
Title, save keys, rules, six enemy behaviours and a boss, eleven relics and four combos, five kits, floor themes, colours and sound.
On every npm test a heuristic bot plays 200 seeded runs and must win at least 30 %, every kit and the daily runs stay winnable, and waiting or random keys always lose.
Nine floors and the Gloam, telegraphed enemies, relic choices and combos, an oil clock, unlockable kits, a daily run and a save after every turn.
53 unit tests and Playwright browser runs, a size budget, an upload zip for itch.io or any static host, and a guide to new enemies, relics, combos, themes and kits.
