The gap
Dexterity games built on physics are fragile and hard to play fairly on touch screens.
What it is
This template measures the pile with plain geometry and turns each lift into a fair timing test that works on every input.
How you use it
Unzip, serve the folder and open index.html, then edit game.js; npm test plays it again in headless Chrome.
Source code of a real, playable game to reskin and learn from, with a smoke test whose bot plays it.
Use it when
Built for
Each stick is a segment with a drop order; crossings with higher sticks are the ones on top, so the difficulty of every lift is computed, not simulated.
The computer aims at the zone centre with a small random error scaled by needle speed, so it misses small zones like a person does.
Plain JavaScript and Canvas 2D; open index.html through any static server and edit game.js.
A headless Chrome test loads the game, checks the console, presses keys and taps, and lets the built-in bot play a run to its result screen.
