What it solves

The gap

Keeping a Telegram channel active means copying links from your blog by hand, posting at the right hour and remembering what was already shared, and the hosted services that automate it cost a monthly fee and hold your token.

What it is

Razglaska runs on your server, posts new feed items and your scheduled messages to the right channel at the right time, asks your team when you want it to, and never posts the same item twice.

How you use it

Your blog, shop and news reach your channel on time, without copying links, and your own posts go out when you choose.

A small, dependency-free channel publisher for businesses, blogs and communities that want their posts on Telegram without a subscription service.

Who it is for

Use it when

  • A company blog and shop feed posted to the company channel every weekday
  • A news channel where an editor approves each item before it goes out
  • An event team that writes announcements in advance and schedules them

Built for

  • Small businesses, blogs and communities that publish on Telegram
  • Developers and agencies who run channels for clients on their own servers

What is inside

Feeds that post themselves

Add the address of any RSS, Atom or JSON feed, a template and the channel. New items go out with their picture and hashtags, filtered by words or patterns, oldest first and only once. Unchanged feeds cost one short request, and a long text becomes a text post instead of a cut caption.

Your posts on your schedule

Send or forward the bot any message and tap Post now, the next free slot of the channel, or type a time such as 14:30, fri 18:00, утре 9:00 or +2h. The message is copied with its formatting and media, and /queue shows what waits with a Cancel button for each post.

A second pair of eyes

With review on, each feed item first goes to your team chat as it will look in the channel, with Publish, To queue and Skip. Only admins can press them, the card shows who decided, and a second click cannot post twice.

Calm channels, clear problems

Quiet hours, an hourly limit and silent posting keep subscribers happy. When a feed fails three times in a row, or Telegram refuses a post because the bot lost its rights, the admins get one clear message, and razglaska check finds both before you start.

Questions

A self-hosted Telegram bot that posts RSS, Atom and JSON Feed items and your own scheduled messages to your channels, with a review chat, posting slots, quiet hours and English and Bulgarian texts. It comes as Python source with an example configuration, a systemd unit and a Dockerfile.

A bot token from @BotFather, the bot added as an administrator of your channels, and a computer or server that runs Python 3.11 or newer all the time. No other packages are needed. It was tested with Python 3.12.3 on Linux.

Hosting, albums (media groups are posted one item at a time), editing or deleting posts already in the channel, webhooks, feeds behind a login and a web dashboard. It was tested against a fake Telegram Bot API, not the real service, and the Dockerfile was not built during testing.

Made by PN Scripts, a studio that builds games and tools, in plain Python with only the standard library, following the Telegram Bot API documentation. Created with AI assistance; the code was written for this bot and checked by PN Scripts with 45 automated tests, including full conversations of the real bot with a fake Telegram Bot API and a fake feed server over HTTP.

It is not on sale yet. When it is, this page will link to the store; PN Scripts does not take payment on this site.
