The gap
A tilt maze needs stable ball physics that never tunnels through walls, a light 3D scene for phones, and proof that every board can be finished.
What it is
This template gives sub-stepped physics, instanced rendering and a bot that clears all fifteen boards.
How you use it
Unzip, serve the folder and open index.html, then edit game.js; npm test plays it again in headless Chrome.
Source code of a real, playable game to reskin and learn from, with a smoke test whose bot plays it.
Use it when
Built for
Each board is a list of rows: # wall, O water hole, * bumper, < and ^ sliding stones, 1 and 2 switches for the gates x and y, S start and G goal, plus a par time.
Sliding stones stop one cell short of the end of their run, so the pearl always has a pocket to escape into instead of being squeezed through a wall.
Plain JavaScript and Canvas 2D; open index.html through any static server and edit game.js.
A headless Chrome test loads the game, checks the console, presses keys and taps, and lets the built-in bot play a run to its result screen.
