The gap
Small business sites often load Google Analytics and embedded videos before the visitor has agreed, show banners with no real reject option, or install a consent plugin whose Google signals are not set before the tags load.
WordPress
A cookie banner that asks fairly and wires Google Consent Mode v2 correctly, holds scripts and embeds until the visitor decides, and logs choices without personal data. WordPress or any site.

The gap
Small business sites often load Google Analytics and embedded videos before the visitor has agreed, show banners with no real reject option, or install a consent plugin whose Google signals are not set before the tags load.
What it is
Biskvitka sets Google's consent defaults before anything else, asks with equal buttons and clear choices, runs held scripts and embeds only after consent, and keeps a record of each choice without collecting personal data.
How you use it
Google tags that respect the choice from the first page view, a banner visitors can actually say no to, and a log that proves consent without storing personal data.
For owners and developers of small business websites who want a light, honest cookie banner with Consent Mode v2 done right, without a heavy cloud service.
Use it when
Built for
Accept all and Reject all sit side by side in the same style, and Choose opens a dialog with necessary, preferences, analytics and marketing explained in one line each. The dialog is keyboard friendly and the choice can be changed from a round corner button or a footer link.
The defaults come first in the page head, before Google Tag Manager or gtag.js, with every signal denied except security, or set from the stored choice. Each decision sends the update and a dataLayer event, and Biskvitka can load your Tag Manager or GA4 tag after the defaults itself.
Mark a script as held, or list the script handles other plugins register, and it runs only when its category is allowed. Videos, maps and social embeds show a notice with an Allow and show button instead, and cookies of a category that is refused or withdrawn are deleted.
Each choice is logged with a random consent id, time, policy version, choices and page, and no IP address. Look up a visitor's consent id from their cookie, see the shares of the last 30 days, export a CSV, and old records are removed after the months you set.
