What is inside
Registers that point out gaps
Describe each activity once: purpose, legal basis, people, data, recipients, transfers, retention, security and processor. The Check column turns red with the reason when something is missing, and turns green when the row is complete.
Deadlines counted for you
Enter when a breach was found and the workbook shows the 72-hour deadline, whether it was met and by how much it was missed. Enter when a request arrived and it shows the one-month or extended three-month deadline and the days left.
Eight documents, two languages
Privacy policy, information for employees and job applicants, a processing agreement under Art. 28, a breach procedure with a notification form, a request form, a reply letter and a confidentiality undertaking, in Bulgarian and English, with highlighted fields.
