What is inside
From hiring to leaving
The contract, a bilingual contract for foreign managers, the job description and an amendment for a raise or a new position; leave requests and orders; the employee's notice, a termination agreement and the order that ends employment; and an employment certificate for banks and institutions.
Fill by hand or by data
Open a template in Word or LibreOffice and replace the yellow fields, deleting the options you do not need, or describe the company, the person and the contract once and let the tool write every document, or one contract per row of a CSV, with PDF copies.
Checked before signing
The tool checks ЕГН, ЛНЧ, ЕИК and IBAN check digits, that work does not start before signing, probation up to 6 months, leave of at least 20 days, notice, hours and the minimum wage, and that leave days match the dates and the holidays.
Bulgarian details right
Salaries appear with the amount in words, such as хиляда четиристотин и петдесет евро, leave is counted in working days with Easter, Christmas and moved days off, and every document cites the Labour Code article it relies on.
