What is inside

Quote from your own pace

Five service types, each with your square feet per labor hour and minutes per bedroom and bathroom, plus twelve add-on rows with labor hours and minimum charges. Condition and pets change the time; the crew size gives the time on site.

Price from your margin

Labor, supplies, travel and overhead make the job cost. The price for your target margin is rounded up and never goes below your minimum job price plus add-on minimums.

Discount check

Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly discounts are applied per visit, and the sheet warns when the discounted price takes the job below your target margin.

Printable quote

A client quote with your business name and contact details, the service, the details of the home, the add-ons, the estimated time on site and the price per visit.

Jobs, clients and dashboard

Log each job with its price, tip, supplies and miles, see the profit per labor hour, follow up unpaid jobs after 14 days and see when each recurring client is due next.

Excel 2019, 2021, 2024 or Microsoft 365, LibreOffice, or Google Sheets. It does not work in Excel 2016 or older or in Apple Numbers. There are no macros.

Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a Google Sheets file; the instructions are in the ZIP. Google does not carry over the sheet protection.
