The gap
Paying salaries or a dozen suppliers one by one in online banking is slow and error prone, and the bank's bulk payment upload wants an XML file that spreadsheets cannot make, with Latin letters only and totals that must match to the cent.
Developer tools
Turn a list of salaries or supplier invoices in Excel or CSV into the SEPA payment file your bank takes for batch transfers, with every IBAN, amount and date checked first.

The gap
Paying salaries or a dozen suppliers one by one in online banking is slow and error prone, and the bank's bulk payment upload wants an XML file that spreadsheets cannot make, with Latin letters only and totals that must match to the cent.
What it is
Prevodka checks the list you already keep in a spreadsheet and writes the pain.001 file from it, showing every problem by row in Bulgarian or English before the bank sees the file.
How you use it
One upload instead of dozens of transfers typed by hand, checked before it leaves your computer.
A one-time PHP tool for small businesses, accountants and developers in Bulgaria and the euro area who pay many people at once.
Use it when
Built for
Keep the list you already have: name, IBAN, amount, reference, with headings in Bulgarian or English. CSV in UTF-8 or the Windows-1251 that Excel in Bulgarian saves, .xlsx files and text pasted from a spreadsheet are all read, and amounts can be written 1 850,00 or 1,850.00.
IBAN country, length and check digits, BIC, amounts, RF references, duplicate payments, one IBAN for two names, payments to your own account and dates on TARGET closing days are reported by row, as errors that stop the file or as warnings, in Bulgarian or English.
pain.001.001.09 by default or 001.001.03 for banks that still ask for it, with service level SEPA, control sums, end-to-end ids, the SALA category for salaries, SEPA Instant if you want it, and names and references written in Latin letters by the Transliteration Act.
A command for the terminal and scripts, a page that runs on your own computer with the PHP built-in server, and classes you can call from your own application. A reader lists what any pain.001 file pays and checks that its counts and sums add up.
