Children and adults in Bulgaria type with two fingers because typing courses are made for English, need an account or the internet, and do not know the Bulgarian layouts, while many school computers do not even have a Bulgarian layout set up.
What it is
Pechatka is a complete Bulgarian and English typing course that runs from a folder, teaches each Bulgarian layout key by key, translates the keys when the computer lacks the layout, and keeps every learner's progress on the computer.

Four letters under the resting fingers first, then two at a time, row by row, then capitals, punctuation, digits and ten original texts. Exercises are made from real words that use only the letters already learned, so every lesson feels like reading, not noise.
The next key lights up on a keyboard coloured by finger, with the Shift of the other hand when a capital comes. The cursor waits for the right key, mistakes are marked in the text and counted against the letter, and words never break across lines.
BDS as in BDS 5237:2006, the traditional phonetic and the new phonetic layout, and English QWERTY. When a computer has no Bulgarian layout, Pechatka translates the keys itself, and it tells a learner who types Latin letters what to switch.
Characters and words per minute, accuracy, time and stars after every attempt. Each learner has their own best results and a heat map of weak keys, on a progress page that prints cleanly. Everything stays in the browser on that computer.
