What it solves

The gap

Shops that sell to businesses or make items to order often cannot show a fixed price. WooCommerce has no switch to hide prices and the cart for some products or visitors and to take quote requests instead.

What it is

PN Scripts Quotelatch hides prices and add-to-cart for the products and visitors you choose, makes those products impossible to buy, and puts an accessible quote form in their place, with the requests kept in your dashboard.

How you use it

Choose which products and which visitors, choose what to hide, and the quote form appears.

Catalog mode and a single-product quote form. It does not build quote baskets, PDFs or orders from quotes.

What it does

Catalog mode where you need it

All products, chosen categories with their subcategories, or single products, for everyone, guests or chosen user roles. Each product can be set to Always or Never.

Really not for sale

Product pages, shop pages, variation forms, add-to-cart links, product blocks and the Store API all refuse the product, so nothing reaches the cart or checkout.

An accessible quote form

Real labels, an error summary that links to the fields, and it works without JavaScript. Consent wording and time are stored; spam is stopped without outside services.

Requests in your dashboard

WooCommerce → Quote requests lists every request with its status; each one is e-mailed to you in the WooCommerce template, with a reply button.

Yes. Catalog mode applies only to the products and visitors you choose, and a single product can be set to Never so it is always sold normally.

No. It collects requests for one product at a time and e-mails them to you; you answer by e-mail. There is no quote basket, PDF or order from a quote.
