The setup
We set up WooCommerce, PrestaShop and OpenCart shops for what Bulgaria requires: the sales document and monthly audit file under Ordinance H-18, Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW, and prices in euro only. The setup uses the tools your shop's platform already has. You and your accountant remain responsible for tax filings, and we do not give legal or tax advice.
What we set up
Four parts you can order on their own or together.
We remove the leva display where you no longer need it and check rounding and the price templates, so every price shows correctly. On request we also keep a log of price changes, so that any increase can be justified while the law bans unjustified increases.
We review your payment methods and set up the sales document and the monthly audit file with an existing plugin or module, then check them over a test month.
Courier modules, official or reviewed, set up with offices, lockers and cash on delivery.
A clearly labelled “Withdraw from the contract here” button that stays available for the whole withdrawal period, an online form for the name, the order and the email address, a “Confirm withdrawal” step and an automatic confirmation to the customer on a durable medium, as art. 52a of the Consumer Protection Act requires. Your lawyer approves the final texts.
A written checklist of everything that was set up, for you and your accountant.

How it runs
We look at your platform, your payment methods and the couriers you use, and confirm in writing what the setup covers.
We use your platform's own settings and an existing plugin or module for H-18 and the couriers, official or reviewed, so there is no custom code to maintain.
The H-18 setup runs for a test month. With the full setup, your accountant gets a written checklist of everything that was set up.

Yes, if consumers buy from it online and have the right to withdraw. Art. 52a of the Consumer Protection Act (State Gazette issue 87 of 24 September 2026) requires a clearly labelled withdrawal function that stays available for the whole withdrawal period, with an online statement, a confirmation step and a confirmation to the customer on a durable medium. We set it up as a separate part from €90; it is part of the full setup and of every new shop. Your lawyer approves the final texts.
